The Bambisanani Partnership is committed to using education, sport, health initiatives, and international partnerships to improve the lives of children and communities in South Africa. Its work contributes to the following SDGs:


SDG 1 – No Poverty: 

Supporting disadvantaged communities by providing educational opportunities, resources, and programmes that help break the cycle of poverty and create better life chances for young people. 


SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being:

Promoting physical and mental well-being through sports activities, health education, and community development projects. 


SDG 4 – Quality Education: 

Improving access to quality education, providing learning resources, and supporting schools and young people through partnerships. 


SDG 5 – Gender Equality: 

Encouraging equal opportunities and participation for girls and young women in education and sport. 


SDG 6 – Clean Water and Sanitation:

Supporting projects that improve access to clean water, sanitation facilities, and hygiene education within partner communities. 


SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities: 

Working with disadvantaged communities to reduce social, educational, and economic inequalities. 


SDG 16 – Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions:

Promoting inclusion, respect, safeguarding, leadership, and community partnerships that help build peaceful, supportive, and resilient communities. 


SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals:

Building strong partnerships between schools, communities, volunteers, and organisations in the UK and South Africa to achieve sustainable development outcomes.
